3.2 Competition and Exclusions
Any competitions or promotions run on our website or social media are governed by separate terms, which will be published at the time of the promotion. Participation implies acceptance of those terms.
4. Purchase, Prices & Discounts
4.1 Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are calculated based on location, product size, and delivery method. These will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs due to fuel surcharges or remote area access.

For custom or pre-ordered items, a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% may be required. The balance must be settled before delivery.
5. Reserved or Ordered Goods
Goods reserved or ordered are held for a maximum of 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in cancellation and release of the reserved items.
6. Delivery and Collection
6.1. Availability
While we aim to keep stock levels accurate, availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed. In the event of stock unavailability, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
6.2. Lead Times
Standard delivery lead times range from 3 to 10 working days, depending on location and product type. Custom or imported items may take longer. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
7. Cancellation and Fees
7.1. Refund- Unused Products
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may return unused, unopened goods within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus delivery costs. Mattresses and bedding items cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken, unless defective.
7.2. Exchange- Unused Products
Unused, sealed items may be exchanged within 7 days, subject to availability. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
8. Ownership
Legal ownership of the goods passes to you only upon full payment. Until then, risk in the goods remains with you from the time of delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Warranty
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–15 years for mattresses). Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are subject to terms set by the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of proper support voids the warranty. You may not return goods if, after having been supplied, the goods have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined, added to, blended or combined, or embedded within other products or property.
9.2. Mattress Protectors
Mattress protectors must be used to maintain hygiene and warranty validity. Stains, damage, or odours resulting from lack of protection may void warranty claims.
